At Golden Rewards, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and value of our brand in the marketplace. To ensure fairness across all distribution channels, we have implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy of $3,300USD, which applies to all resellers, both online and offline. This policy is strictly enforced, and any attempt to undercut or bypass it—whether through unauthorized discounts, coupon use, or product bundling—will be considered a direct violation. Golden Rewards regularly monitors all platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and independent web stores to verify pricing compliance. Distributors who violate our MAP policy may face account suspension, order cancellation, or removal from our authorized reseller network. We reserve the right to revise MAP pricing at any time with prior notice of at least 15 days.
In addition to MAP, we follow a structured Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) policy to ensure efficiency in logistics and inventory control. Our current MOQ is 250 units per order, applicable to both new and existing wholesale clients. Buyers are welcome to mix different SKUs as long as the total quantity meets or exceeds the required MOQ. We do not accept test orders below this limit unless a specific agreement or promotion has been approved in writing. All wholesale payments must be made via ACH or wire transfer through a U.S.-based physical business bank such as American Express or Capital One. We strictly do not accept payments from personal bank accounts. This is in line with our B2B operational model, where we only deal with verified business accounts.
All wholesale clients are required to submit our official order form before receiving a Proforma Invoice. Final commercial invoices and brand authorization letters, which are Amazon-acceptable, are only provided after the MOQ order has been fully paid. Please note that unpaid or Proforma invoices cannot be used for ungating or approval purposes on Amazon. Refunds and returns are accepted within 35 days, including for damaged items, in accordance with our customer-first approach. We ship all orders within 4 to 7 business days, with tracking information provided after dispatch. By placing an order with Golden Rewards, clients agree to fully comply with our MAP, MOQ, payment, and shipping policies.
