We accept returns and offer full refunds on eligible wholesale orders within 35 days of delivery. Whether your concern is product damage, shipping issues, or mismatched items, our team is ready to assist you promptly and professionally.

If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, you may request a full refund or replacement without any deduction. Clear photographic proof is required to initiate this process. In case of order discrepancies—such as wrong quantity or incorrect SKUs—we will arrange immediate corrections at no extra charge. Our support team ensures that all refund and return requests are responded to within 24 hours, and most cases are resolved within 2–3 business days.

We also honor return requests due to Amazon or marketplace compliance issues, such as ungating rejections or restricted listings, provided the request is made within the return window and the products remain unopened and resellable. All of our documents—including invoices, brand authorization letters, and packing slips—are Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop accepted, and issued only after the MOQ wholesale order is placed and paid in full.

Refunds are processed through the same business method used for payment: ACH or wire transfer, ensuring traceability and security. Personal bank refunds are not supported as we operate strictly B2B. If your order is canceled before shipment, a 100% refund is issued immediately. If it’s already shipped, return instructions will be provided along with a return label when applicable.

Golden Rewards also supports replacements for unopened products in case a retailer decides to exchange SKUs. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we encourage you to reach out directly, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
